Where are the arrests and perjury charges? Someone testified under oath that this 4-year old kid had a marijuana conviction. That person committed perjury and should face legal consequences for it.
So what if they did, even if they were an adult? It's not a violent crime or a danger to anyone, it's a victimless crime where possession is still illegal, and it's legal in half the country or more already. It's all nazi bullshit.
It was those damn first graders that got the kid hooked in the first place! when are they going to do something about the rampant crime on the playground?!
