I just can't imagine having to use this bridge right now. I mean it's not like you cross it in a minute or two. This thing is 19km (12mi) long and in constant danger of getting bombed!

Yeah, but unless you're right on a span that gets knocked down or about to drive onto it and can't stop, you should be okay. If it gets cut, people on each side of the cut will just wind up exiting the bridge on their side of the cut.
Ukraine isn't going to try to trap people on the bridge by hitting both ends or something. They want the bridge unavailable, not the people on it dead.

Why hasn't Ukraine eliminated it yet? Easy target for any missile, easily replaceable with USAFreeMoney^TM once Russia collapses from the inside out.

I don't think concrete is easily destroyed by weapons. Then they demo these things, they bury plastic explosive deep inside the structure, and use a ton of it. Destroying it with missiles is going to be difficult, and Ukraine doesn't have access to a gunship with massive cannons.

You're right. Just remember how long was the Antonivsky bridge in Kherson attacked, in the end it was destroyed by russians while fleeing the city.
Also the main target is the railway, which is much narrower compared to the car bridge, which makes it much more difficult to hit

As is, they need to hit it with something really heavy and really long range. Can't get aircraft over it. Out of range of HIMARS (and HIMARS would be pretty small to destroy it, though Ukraine has damaged other bridges with a number of HIMARS rounds).
Might be able to do it with ALCMs.
The heaviest weapon they can currently hit it with is marine stuff all the way from the Black Sea, and they have been doing that.
If they can cut the land bridge, they can launch missiles and USVs from the Sea of Azov, which would be easier.
