This is Bixby. After tragically losing his whole family, he was rescued by a kind soul and now lives happily at a sanctuary.

Bixby showed clear signs of PTSD after watching his entire family being killed by an excavator, then being chased by a snake, swimming to a person who scooped him up with a hard hat out of the water.

Bixby absolutely refused to "wild up" even though we followed all the protocol to break the bonds with humans. He didn't understand that humans killed his family. "The excavator did it", but he did understand that humans had rescued him, and he never let it go, even contradicting his instincts for loyalty and gratitude.

He lives permanently and happily at Three Forks Nature Center on Ft. Gibson Lake.

A pat on the back to the person who scooped him up (and the hard hat contributor if different). As long as Bixby is happy, the heck with instincts.

I'll interact with him, if he promises not to send my data to Samsung.
