The way that ukraine has been throwing hands i wouldn’t be surprised if their secret was taking out shaheds with water drones. Probably off a ramp or some such nonsense.

Nah, just drone interceptors. The actual secret is practice, shitloads of it, multiplied by an obscene (by most other countries' standards) number of crews. Funding the manufacturer on govt level even before the final product is ready helps too, something that is far too uncommon.
