Kinda sounds like you’d just have a lot of fun with likeminded folks. I don’t see a harm.

This seems like a gofundme worth supporting. Plus if you’re a cult you can skip taxes in the US at least ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So many of us are in STEM I feel like we could pool our resources to make it work. Once we've got the land and the religious tax exemption we'd only need to pay the mortgage, food, and utilities. We could grow our own food and set up self sufficient solar/batteries. There's so much we could do together that we couldn't do alone!

aaaaaaah- yea i havent seen the matrix... only the first half of the first movie.... had to throw up in the middle, didnt feel like continuing....
