Around 6-9 months ago, I booted up my Proform 5000 treadmill but its screen remained locked to the boot-up screen that just says iFit on it. I've tried factory resetting it many times to no avail, but after doing some research, it seems that others have run into many similar issues after downloading an update and that the only solution is to contact them to get a new screen. However, I am not exactly sure where to go to do that. So who do I contact, iFit or Proform, and what method of contact do they respond to the best, email, call, facebook, or something else?
