I sent multiple support messages about the low streaming quality and support confirmed it. Maybe some of you can better interpret it. Those with larger screens such as on treadmills will notice then significant loss of quality, smaller screens may see no changes. Response below:
“We are working closely with the US International Trade Commission to hopefully one day be able to provide a better streaming experience. We have already taking steps and removed any adaptive bitrate capability from our products. All members can access and enjoy our entire library of content moving forward. These steps should ensure no interruption for our retailers and DTC customers. For now all Members will still have access to all iFit interactive content at a 540p video quality.”
