Not surprised.
Luxembourg even increases the amount of "working poor" in the neighbouring region in Germany where my family lives, as high-income commuters drive up housing prices and general cost of living near the border.

It's almost as if average income is not a good measure of prosperity. 🤔

If there are a handful of super rich, anyone else can be dirt poor, and the average wealth is still high.
