I was wondering.... Because I couldn't open it in separate occasions and yet you and the one that commented on the link seemed to have no issues. So I fired up the ol'vpn and there you go. There is some georestriction, and the server gives an error where I am. So for others that may see the same issue, VPN on USA and the link works.
