Woo, and I'm pulling Evanescia too. Between her, Huohuo, EMC, and the other Novaflares, I'm gonna have a lot to work with all of a sudden. No idea where I'd actually use Welt, though...

Welt was never really strong, a bit at 1.x. So i'm very curious what they do to him with the buff. I want Evanescia as well.
