The PSNI has a £5.5 million contract with an Israeli company – but won’t release the name or nature of the contract partly because of “national security” concerns.

No surprise from the PSNI/RUC. I wonder if there is a similar situation causing the Dublin government to omit services from the OTB (that they refuse to enact anyway).
