Moscow residents turn to pagers, printed maps as Russia enforces internet 'whitelist'

I've been hearing many of them are getting pretty ticked off for not being allowed to use messaging apps, aside from Max. Russia is actively trying to isolate its citizens from the rest of the world and from each other.
