Tony Frank: If the Supreme Court strikes down race-conscious admissions, public universities have our work cut out for us

I think he makes one fair point that the top schools will be more affected in the short term. However, I think he could be more compelling if he actually provided statistics. This reads more as a CSU advertisement. Care for any dissent?
