OP, can you edit the title to clarify that this is HRW addressing Hungary and not a statement by Hungary? There are already people misunderstanding in here because they haven't opened the link

To be clear, it's not Orban or the Hungarian government saying this, it's Human Right Watch calling on them to arrest Netanyahu. Orban will welcome him with open arms.

I suppose the point is that you should read the article before commenting on a discussion thread about the article. Misinformation is rampant and willful ignorance in propogating it is not very ethical.
