Gorgeous bird! We have tufted titmice locally. I love their head crest, so adorable.

Here, I rearly see a Jay and have never seen a Cardinal. I wold love to see a Northern cardinal one day, but I'm grateful for the birds I have in my area. And I don't need to be far from the city to see more then pigeons. I saw a kingfisher the other day in a suburban part of my city where I never expected such a beauty. He literally flew through the residents gardens.

Chickadees are basically tits, so are tufted titmice.

With that selection, I'm surprised there's no tits as they fill an obvious niche. The will need a bit of greenery though (just a private garden should do). Have you tried getting a bird feeder? Otherwise find a city park.
