Aren't all gloves unisex? What would even be the difference? I guess size but that feels a bit artificial considering there is a lot of overlap.

Unless you're that guy from princess bride, all gloves are the same from a layout standpoint. So technically yes all are unisex. that leaves it to a difference in styles and colors.
