Biggest ASX losers, all gold miners?

Playing around with my screener. I wanted to see what companies have been dropping the most on the ASX.

I filtered for:

• earnings_share > 0
• market cap > 500m
• avgvol_200d > 1m

Then I sorted by biggest 5-day losers.

What stood out was that a lot of the biggest losers were gold stocks. That makes me think this is more of a sector move than just individual companies blowing up.

Another thing I noticed is that quite a few of them were up strongly in the last day, even though they were still down a lot over 5 days. So some of these might already be bouncing.

Names near the top were KCN, OBM, PNR, VAU, NST and WGX. WTC also stood out as a non-resource name.

i haven't looked into any of the companies in more detail yet.
