The bill would make the following items related to immigration enforcement operations in Tennessee private and not subject to public records requests or inspections:

name, address and other identifying information of any law enforcement officer (local, state, or federal) involved
operation details, such as date, time, location, logistics or strategies

Fuck TN. They want this and they want to register people that are "different" than them. Fuck them.

A state can't dictate a federal act. Freedom of Information Act says we can request records. They can only deny if there is a good reason.
