AWWWW MAN I DIDNT GET INSTABCE BANNED FROM WORLD FOR DM HARASSMENT? that's a great question, not sure we can find that out from public info? since targets near population centers are the last thing they're gonna focus on, what people were measuring best was the drop in response time due to gulf state radars being disabled
