Its 23 pixels wide. Not a binary friendly number. If i receive it in a stream, i wouldnt know how to reconstruct the image, even before trying to make sense of the hieroglyphs.

It's because both the height and length are prime numbers, to allow the aliens to figure out the expected resolution
