What does 'sitting at bar seats' mean

Seeing this a lot on profiles. No idea what it means? It's suppose to mean they are more laid back or something? Or is it like they are anti-reservation?

I just sit wherever is free at a restaurant, I don't really see any distinction between sitting at a bar, a high top, or a table.

Probably less formal sitting at the bar compared to a table for two

May need some context

there is no context. it's just something on dating profiles i see a lot lately that I never saw before.

seems like yet another new trendy thing to say, as to what it is supposed to signify or mean, I can't grasp, hence asking about it.

personally i just sit where ever seating is most immediately available and draw zero distinction.
