In Bicentennial man Andrew the robot pretty much groomed Little miss to like Andrew. When it did not go that way. Andrew went to the next best thing her granddaughter Portia. That's fucked up.

Book or movie? I do not remember the movie being fucked up at all.

Skimmed the summary on Wikipedia. Most of that, I remember. I don't remember

That is kinda weird.

But by all accounts Little Miss did love the robot. It was her sister who didn't like him.

Also, Little Miss was the Pepsi girl, if you're old enough to remember her.

The movie I did not read the book. It is not played out that way in the movie. But watching it today's context makes you realize how mess up it is.
