Albuquerque City Council considering ordinance to limit where cannabis can be grown. (PDF linked)

If adopted, this ordinance would restrict where cannabis can be grown. "... plants that are produced at a residence must be grown within a closet, room, greenhouse, or other enclosed area". Meaning that outdoor growing would be banned. (Though I suppose since enclosed area was not defined in the bill, loop holes would be available as enclosures).
