Walking around a period time tourist site and everyone was smiling and happy. Very stark contrast to all the idiots beeping and cutting in in the carpark.

We would all be happier with no cars on main St.

That's Soverign Hill, Ballarat (Australia). Awesome little place. Was the local VLine station packed because trains are free? I did Bendigo today and boy was it busy. It's great that there was almost no cars in town.

The flag is not mounted to the lamp, but directly behind it. You cannot see the pole for the lamp.
