Yeah, I have pretty bad depression, but there's something about walking in the woods and finding a particularly nice rock, or a large stick, or having a fire while the rain pours outside that awakens a little bit of soul inside me, it reminds me I'm not totally gone
Oh man. When you're at a party with some friends and you set fire to something... THAT'S the stuff. It's wild how much that brings out the monke within myself.
