Day 7 - Carry On

Day 7 of working on my album "Murky Mind"

Not the most exciting day. Bit of bass practice, mostly research and planning for turning the garage into a rehearsal space. Had a few ideas greenlit today by a professional. That felt good. Sounded almost too good to be true. I'm so used to being told "no" or "that's not possible" that I can't believe it when someone simply gives me a thumbs up. I keep wondering just how exactly this will go wrong. It always does some way. Oh, well...

And if you're starting to think "Man... is he really gonna make us read everyday for several months", then I'm happy to announce that the answer is no! :D As we speak I am downloading off my phone some clips I've shot this week. I'll be doing weekly video updates (I hope, if it doesn't eat too much into my work time).

They'll basically be just me speaking briefly over footage of my cats, my yard, the hills where I hike, birds, basically just showing you what my environment is as I work on this album.
