Honestly this sounds fine? Starting in 2021 and getting smacked by all the supply chain and COVID reopening issues... and they're barely behind schedule and still (presumably) on budget. Feels bad for Capstan, but good for the Canada Line.

Yeah just a short delay and the area has decent alternative for the time being and a lot of the developments are still being built
