If the military truly defends the constitution, they should march in and arrest the potus and any one associated with the illegal war and attempted genocide.

That would be in keeping with their oath, right?

Ohhh, riiiiight. Just a fancy idea was all.

Reality.

I would really appreciate it if CURRENT Pentagon officials would say that.

They tried pretty hard to identify and fire (or, in the words of Russell Vought, "Traumatize") anyone in any government job who might do that... so... unlikely.

All former US officials and tech oligarch suddenly discover "morals" after doing the opposite all their lives working for the orphan crushing machine.

And all because a bunch of psychopathic, quasi-religious asswipes won't stop murdering people until they rule everything from the river to the sea, and they managed to browbeat and/or con a deranged kiddy-diddlsr into doing the bulk of their dirty work for them.

Shoot trump. Please, someone do it. Or blow that cunt up. Don't care, someone make him die.

And his cabinet. And advisors. He’s not smart enough to do this on his own.

kokesh@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 132d

He is definitely smart to do anything. Never was. And now he is more and more senile.

we need like 10 or 20 armed people to dress like ice agents and just get it over with.

We need safeguards to prevent this. Threatening to commit war crimes should be a punishable offence. Can someone come kidnap our president like we so easily did to Venezuela?

We had them. Used to be, shit like declaring war or appointing secretary of defense/the joint chiefs etc involved congress. But Congress made itself pointless. So.

Or vietnam, korea, cambodia, laos, afghanistan or venezuela.

All our wars are illegal and unjustifiable imperialist aggression. We're the baddies of the late 20thC and the laughing stock of the early 21st.
