Real shame the gator didnt teach him a lesson in karma. I learned that real young from the cat. Am important lesson all human children need to learn.

14 years isn't "just started". And abusing animals at that age is a giant red flag. The US justice system will probably go overboard, but there should definitely be consequence for that behaviour at that age.

That depends on jurisdiction. In Germany 14 is the age of consent as well as criminal liability.

Yes, I assume he's getting charged with animal abuse and not assault, so that is already accounted for.

That's correct, I don't think someone two years away from driving a car should be given a free pass to torture animals.
