Just as a cosmetic, the only ones I found is Gunner Expansion Pack (which doesn't have a radio backpack that looks like the one in the photo) and Militarized Minutemen (which overhauls the Minutemen entirely and I don't want that). Thanks!

IRL the Navajo codetalkers supposedly prefered the older heavier models because it doubled as armor. It could have also just been discrimination that they were given older equipment, though.
