Looks like you got rock termites. We can do this through your insurance and they will pay for it but then you're looking at raised premiums for the next five years. For a little money out of pocket, cash only, me and my guys can come back tonight and get it all taken care of without generating any paperwork that will hassle you down the line when your insurance is up for renewal or you go to sell the house.
