I have a great mechanic for my car, they have a service cam feature, if they find something bad during a service, they will record a short video showing you car on the test stand, tyen walk over to the computer running the test showing the result, explain what they recommend including the cost, and you can approve/reject it straight in on the website.
The first time I serviced my car, I needed a wheel alignment, and they could resolve it right then and there, and I knew the cost before make the decision.

If I had a CS tell me that, I'd be having a discussion with their manager about 10 seconds later.
That's fucking idiotic.
