Ohh. Maybe Vance wasn't thankful enough. Did he say thanks?
Or maybe the US was trying to be a tough guy. Maybe they need to not be so tough and just make a deal.
(not that I'm putting forward the Iranian regime as 'good people', just observing that the US started this and are being at least as dickish as Iran - who fairly want some reparations for an illegal attack)
