Sharing this because I'm hearing that Violent J was hospitalized. You can see J hanging in the back during this song and he leaves the stage before the song is over. The way he's moving and standing he looks in pain or at the very least uncomfortable. I'm not finding much information about this though.

oh wow... yeah he has that heart condition that makes them talk about retiring from touring. iirc later in 2025 on tour he had to step off stage and a couple others filled in for him with Shagz.
