Do you remember what it was like to NOT be in a constant state of outrage?

Vaguely, yeah. That was, what, twenty years ago? Twenty five maybe? Had I known what I now know about the world, I'd be outraged anyway

Yeah, I had a conversation with a kid about what it was like growing up in the 80s/90s, and it reminded me

Anxious because the world is the way it is. Depressed because the world is the way it is. Outraged because the world is the way it is.

Outrage is a coping strategy.

Have you tried depression or anxiety? I generally prefer them to outage.

Yeah, I was a single digit age and it was the 80s. Some adult told me "life's not fair" and didn't have a good answer when I asked "then why can't we make it fair?". I've been outraged at the people who won't make it fair ever since.

Nope.

Yeah, that was back when i only had my suicidal depression. I was never really given a chance at life, im literally only just now starting a career at 30. Ive realised that if the human race allows that shit to happen, the human race just needs to be gone.
