What an amazing game. While Real Madrid did typical Real Madrid (or even Spanish?) things, they deservedly lost this vers entertaining match. It would have been even better if the Real players hadn't spent so much time whining, complaining and harassing the ref. The red card was just pure stupidity and I just can't understand how anyone is complaining about that.

Is it just me or are the upcoming champions league semis the most lopsided ever.. Bayern (the best club this season by far, already beat the bundesliga goals scored record, in early april). They beat madrid 6-4 agg to get here. Vs PSG, the holding winners, who won last yeat with the biggest final margin ever. 5-0 vs inter. They beat liverpool 4-0 on aggregate to get to the semis. This is champions league. This is supposed to be the final. This is football right. Then on the other side of the bracket. You have haramball athletico. Who somehow managed to squeeze past barca to get here despite being the worse team in both legs. And haramball arsenal. Who ended up against the weakest team in the quarters, sporting. And gave us 180 minutes of haramball to make it a shaky 1-0 agg.

In any case we're due two entertaining semi finals. Bayern against Qatar will be amazing and likely be full of action and include many goals. Arsenal against Athletico will be entertaining due to the pure awkwardness of two teams that only really want to not play football. I'm looking forward to seeing how that will play out.
