He was part of the harper government that tied us to a disadvantageous trade deal with China for 31 years. The China trade deal was signed in secret in Russia and not debated in parliament. He has never held a job outside politics. He has no policies and has created a base of assholes, racists, white supremacists, misogynists, and fascists. He is trump lite and has nothing to offer Canada.
