What were you using before @Notamoosen@lemmy.zip? Bash?
Before I moved to zsh I was using bash and although there are differences a good number of things seemed similar enough that it was not hard to learn.
Coming from Linux, primarily bash. The extensibility of zsh has me interested. I'm not likely do to a lot of scripting, I'm really looking for a way to efficiently enter commands from a mobile devicee
Any suggestions? I'm currently playing with fish. Works well on the desktop, but I've tried a couple of android clients and it seems to cause display issues.
