Since it is largely populated by South Slavs, I think we should call it “Land of the South Slavs”, or “Yugoslavland”.

ah yes, certainly nothing could go wrong with that. I heard all the different cultures down there are actually super cool and chill with each other.

France-sized population, yet a fraction of the economic output. But maybe the political power will convince them to get it together?

This will certainly work in the land that spawned the world balkanization.
