I think this might be a stretch. I was fine with their complaint about the Native American head, but a spear isn't specific to Native American culture. The team is trying to lean into the Roman theme, so the spear is supposedly associated with that. The Native American Council is just coming off as petty now.

The cheifs logo is literally an arrowhead so either both logos are offensive or neither are. I don’t really care either way.
