Yeah, I was kind of confused too. I think the plot they were going for was:

Guy meets a woman on the street, flirts, she agrees to go back to his place.
They get right down to it and she's enthusiastic, but he can't get it up, so she leaves.
He goes to a drug store and takes something to help him. Takes two to be sure.
He finds her, shows her what he bought, and she's down to try again.
They go back to his place again, she checks his package before they get to it and seems happy.
After they do the thing, he wants to go again (there's even a very brief frame that says something like that), but she's done.
Maid comes in and he hops on her - she doesn't seem to mind.
While they're at it, the first woman comes back for another round after all, and they decide to make it a threesome.
