The engineering that goes into these things is insane, I doubt they would stop functioning, even after such a long time.
Also, every country with nuclear capabilities makes damn sure they have working ones on standby all the time.
As much as I wish you were right, I'm afraid the people in charge are way too obsessed with that kind of power.
seeing how much of the US military is a paper tiger designed to funnel as much public funds to military shareholders, I wouldn't be surprised if at least 1% of nukes still work.
