Well, that was a frustrating read. What’s the loophole? Nobody knows! People can speculate. That’s it.

Trump figured it out: Do shit against the Constitution. Ignore judges. Keep doing shit.

Applying the rules how to change the constitution self-referentially to change those very rules seems pretty Gödel-like to me.

Or you know, the country tself can just abandon rule of law.
