if you told someone who was already sick a joke and they died laughing, would you feel proud?

I saw ice cubes in a pot with some boiled eggs. So I told my sick wife that she might be delusional because that's the weirdest way I've seen to boil eggs. She laughs and can't catch her breath for a bit. Says she nearly died. I felt a little bit proud.
