I have a pet fruit-fly, but it's played by a rotating cast of characters, and usually just exists as a summer pet. Usually it lets itself in via my screen windows, when the time is right. It's cute!
It's also allowed to invite a couple friends if it wants, but any more than that and I'm afraid I have a strict eviction policy, as carried out by Bug-A-Salt shotgun.

Settled in and full of energy. Zoomies at bed time are a challenge, but he eventually settles and snuggles in bed.
