They had people outside Walmart getting signatures, they were asking people "Do you want to sign to keep taxes fair?"
Edit: I think they were getting signatures for a competing measure to prevent the billionaire tax

Most of those are people getting paid per signature and they don't even know what they're asking you to sign away.
