If you're like me and don't have this luxury because you have an hour long drive home in traffic and your family has been waiting for you.... a therapist once told me to listen to classical music on the way home.

Classical has a bunch of different instruments which is why he specifically mentioned it. If you really can't stand classical then listen to any music you aren't familiar with. I would imagine sitting in my car would work better but we work with what we got.
