"Tankie" can be co-opted as an insult against all leftists, but many leftists use it to specify authoritarian leaning Marxist-Leninists or Maoists. Equating the term as mainly referring to "any revolutionary socialists and/or anti-imperialists" is uninformed at best, and disingenuous normalization at worst. Authoritarian Marxism has never and will never be tolerated on 196, just like any authoritarianism from any ideology. Consider this a final warning.
I would argue that "tankie" isn't an antirevolutionary term. It refers to authoritarian sympathizing "leftists", but opposing authoritarianism doesn't make you against revolution inherently. I mean, if a revolution were to happen tomorrow I wouldn't be opposed. Yet, I'm not a tankie.
Ok, that's fair. I think in the context of this meme it was used in a more broad sense tho. It compares reformist "socdems" with "tankies", who are therefore "any revolutionaries" by contrast.

Jokes aside, social democrats and socialists are mutually exclusive. Social democracy is capitalism, socialism is by definition not.

Nowadays the umbrella is pretty broad, people like Mamdani are often indeed called or identify as socdems, and yet they're also reformist socialists.I just had a brainfart and swapped the words "democratic" and "socialist" around, my bad
