Not even that, bison are unequivocallly superior animals to ranch in the great plains of america. They're incredibly well adapted and their meat is also superior to beef. They've always been the perfect tool to strike a deal with ranchers, environmental groups, and the tribes.

Stupid cattle industry.

It helps, but isn't enough for stabilizing temperatures on its own. That takes also ending fossil fuel use and switching out a few industrial trace gases
