I’m a naturally slim person (it’s partially how I naturally want to eat, but I had a year or two in my mid thirties where I ate 700cal of gummy bears per day and no huge impact except for my teeth). My husband is a naturally heavyset person. We’ve had fleeting thoughts about DIYing it… but it’s very gross, I have no idea how far you actually have to insert it, and who knows if he’d lose the ability to digest pork (I can’t) or something.
